The Perfect Toated Sandwich

This sandwich is for those times when you’re super hungry and needed food fifteen minutes ago. Since I’m a fan of quick, no-fuss recipes, this is one of my favourite slap-and-grap meals.

Ingredients:

Two slices of your favourite bread
Tomato, sliced
Cheese, sliced
Lettuce
Beetroot
Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Toast the bread, tomato and cheese in a sandwich maker until the cheese is melted and the bread browned. Remove from sandwich maker and add lettuce, beetroot, and mayonnaise. You can add any of your favourite salad items, but I find the beetroot and mayonnaise are deliciousness guarantees.

Serve and eat hot.
